Magical Dance Class with Monica and Robert via Zoom
Dance is an expressive language, a tool and a gift that can be used in many different ways. It’s a bridge that can take you just about anywhere.
Join Monica and Robert, on Sept. 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm via Zoom, as they cross that Bridge and bring you “Magical Dance”. In this class we will tap deep into ourselves and find that thread of doubt and weave it into self love through passion, sensuality, fierce fire, water, and most importantly dance. Monica and Robert are choosing the Love/Self theme because of the current times we are in; they feel the more self love one can give ones self, the more love they can spread out into the world. So what better way to cultivate that than with DANCE!
In this class you will learn simple dance moves you can use in processing thoughts, feelings, etc. We will learn and dance a routine choreographed by Monica and Robert that will be intended to leave you feeling energetic, beautiful, empowered, and loved, etc!
IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE:
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for movement and stretching.
