We will discuss nutritional status & how the use of herbs, nutritional supplements, dietary & lifestyle changes may contribute to an increased sense of well-being. We will then suggest an herbal formula or formulas specifically designed for the client, if needed. All herbs and nutrients are fully explained so that the client has a firm understanding of the suggested protocol and expected outcome. In further consultation, any medications that the client is taking may be evaluated to reduce the risk of any negative interactions with the herbs and supplements.
