What is the Sight? If I’m not seeing the gods or talking to my long departed grandmother in 3D Technicolor, am I doing it wrong? If I “just know things” or sometimes dream about things before they happen, is it just supposed to be involuntary, or can I hone the skill and have some say in the matter? Once I open the door to spirit communication, will it ever close? These are some of the topics we will be covering in this series.
“The Gifts” is an old world term for various forms and expressions of occult or metaphysical abilities. The most common of these being “The Sight”, which is an abbreviated term used for “The Second Sight”. Often seen as being Psychic, it is the ability to perceive Spirit, in its many forms, from dearly departed Spirits of the Dead, Ancestral Spirits, to Nature Spirits, Gods and a good many more.
Traditional Witchcraft relies heavily on the relationships and direct two way communion forged between various spirits, allies, and Gods. So for this reason, Traditional Witchcraft as practiced by many, requires the development of the “Sight” and related “Gifts”.
This will be a workshop focused on how we awaken our Sight and develop our abilities, as well as how to apply the various Gifts in practical applications. This workshop will present as part theory, part practical each week. So come ready to exercise your gifts!
This is the first time we are doing this series in 2 or 3 years because it really needs to be done in person, and last time we did it, it was the ultimate Initiate experience series. It has the potential to change peoples craft, and those who have done classes with Carrie and Griffin, know we deliver a lot of punch and because of this, together with the nature of the Series Material to be covered, we fully expect this class to fill up fast!
