Due to travel and other commitments, the next Vision Quest on Saturday Sept 3rd will cover for both Aug and Sept. Plus this one is on a Saturday, not a Friday! We have however planned a doozy of a Vision Quest this time around. Following a Class presentation on Lucifer Morning Star earlier that day, we launch into a Vision Quest encounter with whom some would call the father of Witchery. Or at the least one of the more infamous of the Witchcraft Elder Gods, though often misunderstood by many!
In the British Traditional Craft Tradition I work, Lucifer is one of the Key figures invoked at every ritual working we do. I have found this to be a commonality amoung many Trad Craft Lines. The Legacy of the Morning Star, Venus is rich in Mythos and deep in Witchcraft Insights. It not for no reason that this infamous figure, who has transitioned across a few Religions and Mythic presentations, is such a key figure to any who would seek the Initiate Path of Spiritual Awakening, through the framework of the Old Craft of the Wise.
The many purposes and ambitions we can lay upon this Vision Quest is without end. And as we draw closer the focus for the work will present itself as it always does. Though this could easily be just a personal encounter with this key witchcraft celebrity and that in itself will be huge!

Just so you understand, this is not a class on Satan or any Demon figure within the Christian perspective. So anyone looking for that, you will not be happy with what I have to present. Though some of the more Heretical Christian Mythos and perspectives will be incorporated. This is rooted in Traditional Witchcraft, not Wicca. British Traditional Witchcraft, like many of the Traditional Witchcraft Lines, have continued in its practices within the many religions and periods of history. Witchcraft is not a pagan specific practice, and many old world Witches would religiously identify as Christian. Though they would be hard put to deny their approach is rooted in the Heretical Old Ways approach where they view their Religion through the eyes of Witchery.
And so in general about these workings; These popular monthly Vision Quests, serve to help awaken the Sight and Gifts in the Seeker, offering a number of opportunities to connect with and receive gnostic insight into your Fate, Path and practices, both within your mundane world as well as your Magic.
*Please Note: As attendance is limited due to space, and these workings have become so popular, we have found ourselves turning people away because the RSVP is filled to max. Only some folks did not show up on the night and people had been turned away when we could have accommodated them. So to be fair to those who want to come, we are going to have to require pre-payment in order for you to reserve your spot!
Also, please bring a salty snack to share for after the Vision Quest.
These can be powerful workings, so we recommend that you please be prepared to stay and engage in the after-Quest discussion while you ground and perhaps receive clarity on any insights you may have received.
Actually for this one, being on a Saturday and considering the extreme nature of this encounter, I would recommend bringing lots of salty snacks and other grounding foods or snacks… plus perhaps some wine? We may be spending some time after in discussion and socializing.
