As January draws to a close, we gather to honor the Fire Goddess Brigid as our pagan ancestors did in Celtic ancient times. All are welcome to join in the celebration of Imbolc as we welcome the returning of the light!

In ancient pagan days this Celtic fire festival marked the beginning of Spring and was celebrated quarterly along with three other fire festivals – Lughnasadh, Beltaine, and Samhain to mark the seasons. Brigid reigns over Imbolc traveling across the land bringing warmth and breathing life back into nature. She is considered a goddess of fertility, poetry, healing, smithcraft, the sun and fire.

Please join us in the celebration of Imbolc and the Goddess Brigid with Raven's Cry Grove, along with kin and friends alike!
