Week 4: Witchcraft, Death & The Devil!

Do all witches worship the Devil? Is the Devil just a Christian construct that holds no place in witchcraft? What about that Lucifer guy (man, he is HOT)! Also, can we talk about Death for a minute? How do witches view that, and what are a witch’s approaches to working death mysteries? Week 4 of Odds n Sods, we will be discussing these questions and whatever others you may have about these often-requested topics. Have you been down to Georgia and been challenged by a weird dude with a fiddle? Have you knocked on a cemetery gate and gotten a response? Looking for an invisible friend to guide your hands at the pottery wheel? Witches are contrary by nature, and when we asked the class what subject they wanted for the last class, they made us commit to TWO. This may just be the discussion you’ve been waiting for! Or it may be a huge collision of subject matter. Either way, we are looking forward to it!

Week 3: Witchcraft & Initiations!

What are initiations? Are they the same regardless of Tradition? Are they necessary for one to be a real witch or learn the deeper mysteries? Should everyone have one? Is it safe? Week 3 of Odds n Sods, we will be discussing these questions and whatever others you may have about this hot topic. Have you been dying to know if we have to get initiated to Live Deliciously? If you’ve always wanted to be the weirdos, Mr. , if you’re looking for the best recipe for Midnight Margaritas ™, if you’ve always wondered if Self Initiation will make you go blind or give you hairy palms, this may just be the discussion you’ve been waiting for!

Week 2: Witchcraft & Dragons!
What are dragons? How do we work with them? Can everyone play? Is it a part of your practice as a witch? Is it safe? Week 2 of Odds n Sods, we will be discussing these questions and whatever others you may have about this hot topic. If you’ve always wanted to unleash your inner Khaleesi, if you’ve ever wanted to know how to make that whole Dracarys thing work, if you’re looking for acceptable substitutes for Dragon Chow™ in the current shortage of fresh virgins, this may just be the discussion you’ve been waiting for!

Week 1: Witchcraft & Possession!
What is possession? How does it work? Is it involuntary? Is it a part of your practice as a witch? What are the differences between invocation, evocation, aspecting, channeling, etc? Is it safe? Week 1 of Odds n Sods we will be discussing these questions and whatever others you may have about this hot topic. If you ever wanted to know which Pantone color differentiates pea soup from satan-spew, if you’ve ever wanted to know how to levitate in your nightie, or crawl across the ceiling, if your mother cooks socks in hell, or if the power of Christ compels you, this may just be the discussion you’ve been waiting for!

What better way for witches to spend a Friday night in June than to join some experienced old Odds n Sods witches to have an online Zoom class/presentation/discussion about some particularly interesting Witchcraft subjects?

We are, for sure, a couple of most odd (and often called a) sods type practicing Witches!

Join us in a relaxed, frank, and humorous space, and lead us into some interesting discussions where everything is potentially on the table.

These will be stand-alone single type classes but arranged into a weekly schedule with the option to purchase as a series, so as to reduce your costs, if you are interested in weekly attendance.  If only one or two of the subjects interest you, then drop in for a single class here and there!

Our basic concept for the series is to enjoy an evening of frank and open discussion and sharing, drawing from decades of personal experience and making magic work in our lives.  Griffin & Carrie have years of experience teaching together and have, collectively, decades of hands-on Witchcraft and teaching experience under their belts!

The type of witchcraft we practice is British Traditional Witchcraft, leaning towards what we think of as old world heretical craft, rooted in the ‘gifts’, working with various types of spirits, including the old Gods and various practices of Magic—though we are happy to engage in all kinds of questions, from all kinds of Witchcraft and Magical practices.

The format, as stated, is to have a relaxed fun Friday night atmosphere, while we get deep into some chewy witchcraft subjects.  We want to get into all the odd subjects that people have shown great interest in discussing and understanding better.  This upcoming list of subjects is drawn from our community’s expressed interest. As we have more subjects than we have weeks in this series, we hope this may be followed up by another series shortly after this one is done.
