Kitchen Witchery HYBRID series with Shana

Intuitive Shana takes us on a journey to explore the magic of food and shows us how to conjure in our kitchen. In this series you will explore the connection between food with ancestral magic, everyday life and the energy of holidays as well learn recipes and spells to carry out our intent.

Each week of this series will explore a different topic within  the melting pot of magic. In each class you will learn the theory and philosophies of different realms of food magic, be given recipes to add to your kitchen grimoire, have magical homework to carry out at home and apply the lessons of the week with in class spell crafting and application.

The Magic of the Food Groups
Meat, dairy, sweets, fruits, grains, vegetables and drinks

Week 3
Foods and recipes for Protection, Uncrossing and Healing
Week 4
Foods for Love and Money

Week 5
The feasts of the holidays. Exploring thebtaste of the wheel of the year.

This class is offered both in person and online. Classes may be taken individually but attending the entire series is encouraged.
