This herbal support for anxiety workshop comes at just the right time.  Life can be really rough these days, and more so for some people, and in some situations. When it gets to be too much, there are some delightful and powerful herbal friends we can turn to to calm, support and uplift our troubled souls.
In this class we will explore those plant allies, tasting and smelling them, and learn how and why they help us so profoundly.
You will make and take home an herbal blend, and I’ll give you recipes and ideas, plus other tools we can easily access that will also provide strength and solace.
