In the Full Moon we gather as a Community of Witches to draw the benevolence of Dame Fortune in all her workings of Fate and good Fortune! One of the keys to good Fortune is to always keep our hands of Fate open to the flow of Fortune. You can’t receive good Fortune without having your hands open and extended in the form of giving; sharing and bestowing what Fortune you can for one in need.

Yes guys, this will be a Fortuna Working for one of our own! Some know Monica as our resident tea leaf reader who has served our community for decades! Yes, Monica is truly one of our Elder Priestesses and it was our honour to have her work with us serving the community over our counter since soon after our doors opened! She has been there crafting candles for so many over the years, always ready to step up to the call when others are in need! Now she faces a period of surgery and her Coven asks that we as a community join them in being there in support for her! And we are happy to be able to do so. For she is an awesome and gracious Lady of the Craft, an Elder Priestess of the Old ways and we stand by our own, especially our Elders!

At the Green Man, since our opening, we have a history of stepping up for members of our community when the shoe hits the fan! We have held this working many times before. This time it’s once again for medical reasons. Something you just can’t work around, but it takes you out and prohibits many solutions you could have found for yourself… Yes, health is that obstacle that takes you down and makes solutions beyond your reach. It’s why it’s the perfect time for others to jump in and help share the load. What none of us can handle alone, we as a community can make a difference!

And all while doing a working that can help ourselves in our relationship for Fortune by extending the hand that both gives and receives!

This notice comes out a bit late… But please try to make it if you can! This is a call for community participation for One of our Own!

Also, please bring a dish to share for the potluck social gathering after the ritual.
We gather at 7:30pm for an 8pm Rite!
Please pay the usual $10 Donation directly to Fortuna in the ritual!
