This is a 9-week series delving primarily into the Major Arcana of The Ced Tarot. However, as some of the symbolic imagery & concepts for The Ced Tarot relate to classical pre-Rider Waite Tarot, there will be some delving into the roots and depths of the Tarot mysteries in general, as presented in early Tarot Decks. By working this series, many insights into the general Tarot legacy can be had.

Unlike most Tarot Decks (those following the Rider Waite Deck), The Ced Tarot is not hung upon a Kabalistic Tree Cosmology. Instead, The Ced Tarot is hung upon a Traditional Witchcraft Compass Cosmology. And for this reason, anyone studying Traditional Witchcraft & the Witches’ Compass will find this series very illuminating regarding the qualities, concepts & spirits related to each directional station of the Compass. Using classic Tarot archetypes to represent the compass directional qualities & realms makes the mysteries of the Compass clear & insightful for folks from all paths!

During this series we will cover a full broad spectrum of the basics in all areas of Traditional Witchcraft, from spell-crafting, altars, and basic magical tools of all sorts all forms of Spirits, familiars, Ancestral, Gods and beyond! This is another way to delve into many areas and elements of Traditional Witchcraft, how it works and why we need it.
*Note: This is not a Wiccan-based Witchcraft system; we do not work an Elemental-based Magical system, nor do we work Golden Dawn Quarters.

This series is good for people of ALL levels who are interested in learning a Witch’s approach to the Tarot as well as those wanting to more about Traditional Witchcraft in general. As those who have taken classes with me before know, I never teach the same class or material in the same manner twice. Way too boring! So it’s not unusual for some students to return & take these series multiple times to find new insights. Although this series is designed to be accessible to newcomers to Trad Craft, these classes can also hold insights for the seasoned witch of other traditions and experiences. But I warn you old timers, I will be keeping this accessible to new people, and won't be hijacked into deeper waters!

I am a Witch of over 40 years experience and over two decades of teaching and leading large groups in workings. An open mind to exploration into an alternative approach to the Craft is required. A sense of humour is also required! We take our work seriously but not ourselves. Our Spirituality, what some call the Olde Religion, is a path of laughter! Yes we do cackle!
