Father Gods Moon Ritual with the Ced Tradition

Please join us for our Father Gods Full Moon Ritual!
Saturday, June 10th Presented by the Ced Tradition.

Under the Full Moon we gather, Family, Tribe and Community, to celebrate the spirit of Fatherhood within us and within our Gods! Next weekend is Fathers Day weekend, what better time to celebrate the Love between our Father Gods and us, the children of the old Gods?

When life gets tough he is always there for you. When you feel lost and all alone, he is there. When you need direction he shines his light on where you are at and what would be a good path to take. When you just want understanding and support, he is there to hold you and hold you up from the darkness and storms that beat you down. When you need a shoulder to cry on, or a knowing look that says you are not alone, he is always there.

By some he is simply called God, by others he has countless names, in many cultures and periods from our ancestral past. But whatever name he holds for others, we know him simply as ‘Father’. And as much as we want him to be there for us, we must also be there for him and not take him for granted. We need to build and strengthen his altars and the bonds of love and power between him and us, so that he can be all that we need him to be in our lives.

When all is said and done, it is in our flesh we find the Temple of our Gods. Therefore, we must claim ourselves as Sacred Temples of our Gods. By holding ourselves as Sacred we strengthen the door through which our love and devotion draws them into manifestation in our world and lives. It is through our acts and rituals that we lend them potency and power and in response, they are there as need them, when we need them most. And among all the Gods we need in our lives, there are always those moments when the Gods we need are our Fathers!

This Full Moon is a love working for all our Father Gods. You are invited to bring your statuary and whatever ritual tools you see wish to empower as sacred tools charged by our Father Gods. Let our work strengthen our connection to our Father Gods and empower that bonds in our lives through this working of Love, Honor and Mercy.

Come celebrate with us and raise the Powers of the Old Fathers beneath the full moon’s crowning light! Let us celebrate the Sacred Union between our Divine Fathers and ourselves in a reverie communion, stirred by the shadows of the moon!

There will be a community Altar for those who bring their sacred objects to the ritual.

Also, please bring a dish to share for the potluck social gathering after the ritual. Out of respect to us, please abide by the Law: people need to be over 21 to drink. Adults who are over 21 are asked to please be adult in their drinking approach and drink responsibly so we all get to have some fun.
We gather at 7:30pm for an 8pm Rite!
