Cauldron of the Mind class with Awen
Join us for a dive into the Cauldron of the Mind! This is one of three workshops distinctly exploring the three Celtic cauldrons from a present-day, primal druidic perspective. Dive into the Cauldron of the Mind, its relationship to the gods and living pagan practice, as well as its application in daily life. This is not a history lecture, but an immersive exploration into the ingredients of fully embodied magic— consisting of first a spoken presentation and then a guided meditative experience to engage with the magic for yourself. Let history’s wellspring flow into the present and and let your cauldrons bubble.
ABOUT THE TEACHER: Â Awen is a deadlifting druid, witchy woman, and longtime ritualist who draws from a variety of skills to cultivate sacred space and primal magic.
Awen has taught on primal druidry before at The Crooked Path in Burbank, the Pagan Community Retreat of 2023, and her home-community gathering center Kilcoleman West. Awen has taught classes on ritual creation both online and in New York at Vamachara Tattoo & Occult Supply Shop, led rituals with Raven’s Cry Grove on and off for 10 years, and currently hosts more personal, vetted monthly primal druidry rituals in the San Fernando Valley.
Awen has been practicing paganism since age 15, been a member of druidic organization Ar nDraiocht Fein since age 17, taken multiple classes on British Traditional Witchcraft at The Green Man, apprenticed under a dominatrix/Buddhist meditation teacher, and has studied + applied druidry as a practitioner for ten years.
