Awakening Your Authentic Self: Healing Aromatherapy Sound Bath POSTPONED

In life, we are taught to seek answers outside of ourselves when the truth is, we have all of the answers within. When we awaken our authentic self, we honor the deepest part of our being that knows who we are and what we need out of life. Join us for an active meditation focused on bringing awareness to our inner truth. You will spend the evening centering yourself and letting go of who we think we are supposed to be and embracing who we actually are.

During an evening of breathwork, guided meditations, and healing sounds, we will shift our mental, physical, and spiritual bodies. At the end of our breathwork, you will be bathed in ancient sounds putting you in a deep meditative state. You will relax, rebalance your mind and body, and step into your truth.

This is an active meditation so bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else needed to create a comfortable laying down experience.

Italia is a Reiki and Sound Healing Therapist located in Los Angeles. Her goal as an energy healer is to lead people to a place of self-awareness and balance. Through reiki and sound, she guides clients back to a state of harmonic energetic flow which will activate the body’s natural healing systems. By releasing blockages within your mind and body, she will help you realign your life.
