Animal Totem workshop with Monica

In our daily lives we are surrounded by nature and animals. Animals come to us as guides to give us information, teach us lessons, and give us messages and warnings. This class will help you to understand the signs and language of the the animals, and align with their spirit.We will do a pathworking to discover who your animal spirit totem is, and how to connect with and honor it more fully.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring towel or mat for pathworking if you wish.
