In my Ancestral Trauma Healing work, I have found that I can use a variety of different healing modalities and tailor them to deep generational wounds. Working with the spirit of stone and fossil is uniquely suited to the legacy of ancestral trauma.

In this workshop we will meet some of my favorite mineral allies and learn some new ways to use them to focus on the root of the traumas to release the painful legacy and find peace and healing.

Krystal Rains is an artist, herbalist, healer, and shamanic practitioner. She is focused on Healing Ancestral Legacy Trauma, using Q’ero Shamanism, Reiki and other modalities she has learned on her path.
