While we are sitting at home, it’s harder to be distracted from our wounds and often we find that those wounds are generational legacy from our Ancestors. Join me on an exploration of where these patterns and deep rooted wounds can affect us today with a special look at particular traumas around health, isolation and fear.

In my Ancestral Trauma Healing work, I have found that I can use a variety of different healing modalities and tailor them to deep generational wounds. We will explore some options to helping you work through these issues.
