Chakras 101 with Rebecca

Last year I taught this class as “Journey Through the Chakras” as a Seven Week series. There was so much more we could have gone into. So the class returns this year with two extra weeks and plans for a 201!

This class is more than a typical Chakra class – we dive in deep and take an experiential approach. We practice familiarizing ourselves with the energy of each Chakra through unique exercises each week. We will work with each chakra, expanding, contracting, clearing, and operating each of these energy centers in ways that empower you, your magic, your spiritual work, and personal evolution. More than energy centers we learn how we perceive through these centers and what they really are. We will cut many layers under the surface level understanding of the Chakras.

Great for all levels and all backgrounds, this class aims at giving you some really effective and powerful tools to master yourself and the world around you.

Week 1 – Introduction to the Chakras, and, in the spirit of April Fools Day – a Fool and Tricksters exercises and meditation to set us on our path.

Week 2 – The Root Chakra – Tapping into the core of our power, generating a sense of safety, courage in the face of fear, and summoning our primal life force

Week 3 – The Sacral Chakra – Mastering the energy of our emotions, relationships, communication, and creativity.

Week 4 – The Solar Plexus – Confronting our selfishness or excessive selflessness, relieving ourselves of shame and letting the power of our inner truth fuel our actions.

Week 5 – The Heart – Mastering the ebb and flow of balance. Action, community, oneness, and connection. Confronting our grief and becoming magnetic and magical through presence and gnostic connection to spirits in flow.

Week 6 – The Throat Chakra – Our self expression, the power of our word and integrity of our actions, confronting truth and our own inner judge. Letting ourselves use the power we have to make real change and facing the full impact of our failures.

Week 7 – The Third Eye – The center of vision and sight, expanding awareness and intuition. Facing delusions, overcoming mental barriers and belief systems that hold us back from clarity. Recognizing the tests of virtue laid out before us and the gifts and limitations waiting for us or holding us back.

Week 8 – The Crown Chakra – Our connection to spirit, divinity and grace. The space of the divine within and without.

Week 9 – Energy Alchemy – Chakras in action and interacting with each other. And a full 7 Chakra Energy Experience.

Please note that students who purchase the series will receive access to the recordings of each class. Single class students receive only an invitation to the live class. Those recordings will remain available for a period of time leading up to the 201 class and then will no longer be available until the class is taught again.
