Allergy, Asthma and Eczema, each alone but especially when found together, are indicators of a deep immune imbalance and inflammatory reactivity. Food allergy may also fall under, or contribute to, this sensitivity.
In this class, we will look at the issue of Atopy, heightened vigilance and reactivity, which can manifest in the skin as eczema, in the lungs as asthma, in the digestive system as food allergies, in the respiratory system as hayfever, and in any combination of the above.
