SUMMARY:Lucifer class with Griffin & Carrie (HYBRID)
DESCRIPTION:Lucifer Morning Star has been tragically misunderstood\, misrepresented and demonized by Christian Churchianity.  Even the Neo Pagan Community with its Wiccan foundation\, probably rightly concerned with public opinion in the early days of the Witchcraft revival\, accepted the Christian view of Lucifer and distanced themselves from him.  It was easier to present to the public that we didn’t worship Satan\, Lucifer\, the Devil than to try and explain to their ignorance that these were three very different mythic figures\, that had very different roles within Cosmology.  That the Church had demonized these figures in order to scare and secure the compliance of their congregation\, pulling them away from any insights that might lead them towards awareness & emancipation from their propaganda!  In the early days\, we had bigger fish to fry\, trying to get the general public to turn around their view of us as Evil Doers. \n\n\nThere are still today many\, even within our own ranks\, who have no understanding of the role Lucifer or the other demonized expressions that have been confused with him.  And then there are those in our community who want to dive into pushing the envelope and embrace the dark and scary Christian take on Lucifer\, as an act of rebellion\, perhaps.  The Lucifer we know\, in our form of Traditional Witchcraft\, embraces him as the Morning Star.  Which is the way he was embraced by occultists and old world Witches from the days before the Witchcraft revival\, or the public presence of the Wicca. \n\n\nAs Morning Star\, he represents the rising aspect of Venus\, the Light Bringer.  Representing the principle of illumination of what is hidden within the shadows of creation.  The mechanics of Creation\, encircling the Divine Spirit\, holding everything together by the synergistic principle of harmony\, beauty\, and love.  The significance of Lucifer to Witches is a deep well of insight and fundamental to the very identity of Witches.  Come join us and drink with us from this rich grail of Witchdom! \n**PLEASE NOTE: Payments for all Events\, Classes\, and Rituals at The Green Man are non-refundable.** \n\nTO REGISTER & PAY FOR THIS CLASS ON ZOOM\, CLICK BELOW: \n\n\n\n    \n\n\n\nTO REGISTER & PAY FOR THIS CLASS IN PERSON\, CLICK BELOW:
