I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase. Will it be available again?

If you no longer see an item that was once available on our Online Store, you can contact The Green Man Online Store Customer Service by phone (818) 985-2010 or email sales@thegreenmanstore.com to see if it will be available again in the future.

How can I be sure that my order has been processed?

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 business hours, please contact The Green Man Online Store Customer Service by phone or email.

How can I track my order?

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.

Can I remove items from my order?

Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting The Green Man Online Store Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact The Green Man Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to receive more information.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact The Green Man Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to see if you can still cancel your order.

What should I do if I receive a incorrect item?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact The Green Man Online Store Customer Service by phone or email within 7 days of the receipt of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt, and note the specific error.

My purchase is for a gift, can I request gift wrapping?

Sorry, we do not gift wrap.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

No. Orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses.

Can I return my purchase?

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the item delivered is clearly not the item ordered. If you feel you have received the wrong item, please take a picture of the item in the shipping box, and email the picture, your order number, and all other pertinent information to sales@thegreenmanstore.com within seven days of delivery. Any returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to the discretion of the management.

Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?
