The art/science of mixing magic into your meals is a wondrous skill to have. Growing up in a very food-centric household, I watched and learned how everyone had various charms they would incorporate into the meals they created. I recall food tasting slightly different if my mom felt sad, angry, or happy. She would often say, “This didn’t come out right, I was angry when I made it and it went into the food.” The action of mixing with intention, stirring desire into a dish is very powerful. As I grew older, I honed my skill both as a chef and as a witch. Slowly, I began to put a little magic into my meals. In this class you will learn how to set your intentions into motion, to be molded into something great, to balance the four elements and birth a new spirit to shift the order and create a change. We will go over a few of my favorite recipes and magical tricks to work the ways. Learn the magical correspondences of various meats, vegetables, oils, and spices cooking methods such as boiling, roasting, frying, sautéing, and baking. We will go over methods of stirring and mixing along with kneading and shaping foods.
