Come coax the light’s returning & celebrate the mid-point to spring! This ritual invites you to make a pledge for the coming year before Brigid’s flaming cauldron. Join us to access creativity & inspiration!
Brigid was the mighty Celtic Triple Goddess of art & poetry, healing, childbirth and smithcraft. The festival of Brigid – also known as Candlemas, Lady Day or Imbolc – is the time of year to replenish your creative wells and make a commitment (or recommitment) to your spiritual growth.
- This ritual will be held OUTDOORS. Please dress warmly and in layers!
- We invite you to bring small samples of “waters of the world” (water from your home or a special place) to share in Brigid’s Well.
- Please bring food and drink to share for the post-ritual potluck, along with a reusable plate, cup and utensils.
Men & Women welcome. Children welcome with adult accompaniment. To support those in recovery, this ritual is “clean and sober”.
