Join Bloody Mary in serving the spirits — Voodoo style!

Sat Nov 24th, 7pm $30 (this is a class/learning ritual) Potluck to follow.

This will be a teaching ritual and as we go, Bloody Mary will explain. We feed the spirits with food, song, dance and ceremony. Open the gates with Papa Labas (Legba) and make the ve-ve. Since this Divine Gatekeeper is the first we call in Voodoo it is only appropriate that we focus on him. The serpent and the rainbow are divine and we may have time to try a song for them as well! The spirit of place of New Orleans Voodoo will get honorable mention and a call and response for them along with a healing plea for the waters — our Mama will be evoked as well and since everyone loves the Ghede and La Morte we honor them and ancestors at the end, as well we should.

Part of your fee will be donated to gulf coast restoration project. Many disasters combined have hurt our healing source and we will feed her with ceremony and funds too.
