Sacred Way Yoga is inspired by the ancient practices of Shamanic Healing and Yogic teachings. Open to anyone and everyone with a willing heart, each session weaves movement, meditation and intention for greater strength, confidence, serenity and connection to spirit. Now with 2 classes a month, we have the opportunity to delve into a deep HaTha (Sun/Moon) practice, exploring the active/receptive, masculine/feminine qualities of Yoga and Shamanism. Learning to flow with the sun/moon and building a relationship between these energies can bring balance and clarity to all aspects of our lives.

Active, inquisitive and energetic like the sun. These classes will continue to explore Yogic systems and philosophies, as well as honoring the movement of the sun through the seasons.

Receptive, intuitive and nourishing like the moon. This practices follows the current lunar phase and cycle, sequenced according to that element and energy.
