This is some of my favorite work with herbs: replacing the usual suspects in the first aid kit with products that are quite powerful (often more so than the standard fare), that you have made with care and love and intent, and that can be used in multiple ways, reducing the number of total products that you need to carry.

And, and this is the big one, they work SO well. Herbal antibacterial salves, antifungal washes, wound healing treatments, it’s all so very good. OK, so no legal herbal pain relief can top 800 mg. of ibuprofen, but herbal pain relief wont destroy numerous organs, either, so there.

You’ll go home with some great samples, and lots of recipes to get you started making your own herbal first aid kit. It’s simpler than you think, and it’s fun.

Simple. Fun. Effective. Boy, do I love this stuff.
