So much of stress, anxiety and depression is created by nutritional imbalances, environmental issues, poor lifestyle choices (such as insufficient sleep, lack of sunlight), and poor food choices. And making those kinds of changes are foundational to supporting the move to a healthier emotional balance. But along with all of those changes, you can use specific herbs to support the nervous system, the brain, and all the other systems involved in such dysfunction.
By using herbs as adjuvant therapies, we can create more rapid change, and get to feeling better more quickly, while we support and assist in the deep, profound healing of the systems that are out of balance. And while some of the more powerful plant medicines are contraindicted with certain medications, there are many that are safe and very effective for use concurrently.
