Please bring all of your stone and rock friends, a notebook just in case, and a small cloth or material square to be used as a altar cloth. Wear comfortable and loose clothing so you are ready to wake up your soul with a whole new understanding of subtle energy, journeying with the consciousness of mother earth and all of our stone, rock, and crystalline allies.
This is a participation class where any level of understanding is quite welcome and encouraged as we stretch our etheric muscles.
