Join Reclaiming LA for a Goddess-Centered ceremony to access creativity & inspiration! Come coax the light’s returning & celebrate the mid-point to spring!
This ritual invites you to make a pledge for the coming year before Brigid’s flaming cauldron. Brigid was the mighty Celtic Triple Goddess of inspiration, art & poetry, healing, childbirth and smithcraft. The festival of Brigid – also known as Candlemas, Lady Day or Imbolc – is the time of year to replenish your creative wells and make a commitment or recommitment to your spiritual growth. Please bring small samples of “waters of the world” (water from your home or a special place) to share in Brigid’s Well. To support those in recovery, this ritual is “clean and sober”. Please bring food and drink to share for the post-ritual potluck as well as a plate, cup and utensils.
